This entry in your blog brought to mind a recent sermon I heard. It was actually the Easter sermon at my parent's church. Since your grandfather-in-law decided at BDGBC we would have sunrise service at 7 we are able to go to my parents church and worship with them every Easter. This particular sermon was taken from Mark 16. In verse 7 when Jesus said "go tell the disciples AND PETER". Those two words changed everything for Peter and for us. Peter had done the unforgiveable by denying Jesus and with those two words he was restored. And so are we because he would have said -and Scotty, and Karen. The Skit Guys do a good job with this subject in their skit entitled "Grace". They have more than one with that title but this one is about the first confrontation between Peter and Jesus after the denial. They take liberty with it but the message is powerful. You can find it on GodTube. If you aren't familiar with it. Try it! Tell family hello and God Bless You!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
